Rachael Smith is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) with a rich and varied healthcare journey spanning over two decades. Her career began as an EMT, evolving into nursing and advanced practice, and ultimately into the cutting-edge aesthetic and regenerative services she now teaches.
Based in Panama City Beach, Florida, Rachael serves as the founder and clinical lead of Blue Waters Family Medicine & Drip Room, where her mission is to infuse family-centered care with next-level wellness innovations.
As a certified instructor for the Cellular Medicine Association, Rachael brings firsthand expertise and advanced technique to her teaching. The providers she mentors leave equipped not just with skill, but with confidence to elevate patient outcomes.
Rachael is driven by a passion for empowering other healthcare professionals: she believes that when providers feel supported and skilled, patients receive the best care — it’s a win-win.
